Day 1 - Exercise

Exercised for 30 minutes to an exercise video. Working both cardio and strength.

Day 1

Ok, here we go. This is day number one and my goal is to lose at least 20 pounds by valentines. I am going to blog each day. What I eat, my exercise, my weight, and maybe even a facial photo.
