Day 12 - Dinner

bean burritos made with
100% Whole wheat tortillas
Fat free refried beans
1/2 avocado
I ate 3-4 of these burritos

Baked tostitos Chips

Day 12 - Lunch

100% Whole Wheat saghetti
with home made sauce.
1 Piece of 100% Whole Wheat Toast with fruit spread

Day 12 - Breakfast

Oatmeal sweetened with Honey
1 Bananna

Day 12 - Weight
