Day 2 - Cheats

Anything that is off my menu I will consider cheating. I will post cheats here as well. It's painful, but I will do it. lol

1 Starbucks Vivanno

• one whole banana,
• a proprietary whey protein and fiber powder,
• 2% milk,
• and ice

Not as bad for you as a Latte but it does have milk in it. Since dairy products are not on my menu I have to list this as a cheat.

Day 2 - Dinner

100% Whole Wheat Spaghetti with sauce made using the below ingredients. This makes a lot of sauce so we will use it later on.
1 piece of whole wheat bread
Grapes

2 to 3 tablespoons olive oil
2 medium onions
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 can (6 ounces) tomato paste
2 cans (14.5 ounces each) diced or crushed tomatoes
1 teaspoon dried leaf oregano

Day 2 - Snack

1 Apple

Day 2 - Lunch

Bowl of black eyed peas (leftovers from yesterday)
1 carrot

Day 2 - Breakfast

Oatmeal sweetened with Honey
1 bananna

Day 2 - Measure

43 " midsection/naval area

Day 2 - Exercise

Stretching for 10 minutes

Day 2 - Weight

8:00 am = 215.4
