Day 7 - Dinner

12" Turkey breast sandwich from Subway with lettuce, bell peppers, bananna peppers, olives, pepper jack cheese, and honey mustard. On Honey Oat bread.
1 small bag of Baked Lays (originals) chips
1 glass unsweet tea

This is partially a cheat. I should have gotten a 6" with no cheese but I was starving. lol 

Day 7 - Snacks

Small bottle of welchs grape juice
small bottle of 100% Apple juice - no sugar added

Day 7 - Lunch

salad with 1 red bell pepper, cup of rinsed canned pinto beans, No fat ranch dressing

Day 7 - Breakfast

2 Pieces of 100% Whole Wheat bread with fruit spread
1 Bananna
