Day 13 - Dinner

12" Subway sandwich
turkey breast, lettuce, bell pepper, bananna peppers, olives, honey mustard, on Honey Oat bread

Not totally on the diet so I'll log this as a cheat as well as dinner.

Day 13 - Lunch

Stir fry vegatables cooked with a little olive oil.
Steamed brown rice

Day 13 - Breakfast

Oatmeal sweetened with honey
1 Piece of 100% Whole Wheat toast with fruit spread

Day 13 - Measurement

42" at the midsection

Lost 1" so far WhooHooo!!

Day 13 - Weight
