Day 5 - Snack

1/4 Alvacado seasoned with lime juice and a little garlic salt
1 Lime

Day 5 - Dinner

Steamed rice
Stir fry vegatables cooked with a little olive oil

Day 5 - Snack

Bundle of grapes
1 Carrot

Day 5 - Lunch

Quick Eggs (Only Egg whites) scrambled with onion and bell pepper.
1 Bananna
Cup of Green tea sweetened with Honey
