Day 6 - Dinner

Braums Quick Eggs (Egg Whites) cooked with mixed vegatables topped with hot sauce. Kind of like an omlette.

Baked Tostitos with alvacado and homemade salsa

1/4 Alvacado seaoned with light garlic salt and lime juice
1 tomato
10 baked tostitos corn chips
small bundle grapes

Day 6 - Breakfast

Oatmeal sweetened with Honey
1 Bananna
1 piece 100% Whole Wheat bread with fruit spread
